Rental Age

21 years old for economic group vehicles (Clio, Accent Blu, Corsa, i20 etc.)


Age 24 for middle group vehicles (Fiat Linea, Reanult Fluence, Opel Astra, Toyota Corolla etc.)

Age 27 for upper group vehicles (Ford Mondeo, VW Passat etc. Volvo S60)

To be 30 years old and over for luxury group vehicles (BMW, Mercedes C180 etc.)

Deposit (Credit Card Usage)

 Our rental customers are required to have a credit card issued in their name during the rental. From this credit card, depending on the group of the vehicle they rent, a pre-authorisation of at least 500 TL for economy group vehicles, 750 TL for middle group vehicles and 1500 TL for upper group vehicles can be blocked. (For Mercedes Benz C series and above, BMW 3 series and above vehicles, at least 1500 TL provision is blocked from two separate credit cards (from two different banks)). These figures are the minimum amounts, during the delivery of the vehicle, depending on the brand of the vehicle, the number of rental days, etc. office officials may block a higher amount according to the criteria. At the end of your rental, the relevant bank is informed in writing to remove the blocks. You do not have to pay these blocks to the bank as it is not a sales transaction.

Driving Licence Period

At least 2 years for economic group vehicles

At least 3 years for medium group vehicles

For upper and luxury group vehicles, it is necessary to have a driving licence for at least 5 years.

Since the above prerequisites will be sought during the rental, you can take delivery of the vehicle if you have your driving licence and credit card with you.

How can I get my invoice?

Upon completion of the rental, your contract will be closed and your invoice will be issued and sent to your address by post within seven working days at the latest.

Full Accident Insurance

In the event of an accident, it eliminates the responsibility of the lessee in varying amounts depending on the rented vehicle group, and covers the damages up to the exemption amount that occur without collision (damages not involving third parties such as parking, tyre-glass-headlight damages, etc.) without the need for a police report with the customer declaration.

One Way Fee

If the vehicle is to be rented or delivered at a different point from the specified stations, one-way fee is applied. It is charged as 1 TL per km. (Please ask for availability).

Fuel


Vehicles are delivered with empty tanks as much as possible and empty tanks are requested to be collected. The fuel difference between the purchase fuel level and the delivery fuel level will be requested from the lessor by adding a service fee between 25%-30% depending on the fuel prices at the time of delivery. It will be much more economical for the lessor to deliver the vehicle with the fuel level at which it was taken.

Baby and Child Seat

Baby and child seats can be provided in the vehicles. If you specify during your reservation, our reservation officers will inform you.

Change Requests in the Lease Agreement

The rental price and the given booking confirmation are given according to the conditions agreed at the beginning. In cases where it is not operationally possible to meet a change that may be requested in these conditions (the vehicle has a reservation, maintenance mileage, etc.), this request may not be met. Even if the change request is accepted, an additional fee may be charged as this will change the price calculation determined at the beginning, or refunds may not be made for early returns. A change in any of the following conditions may change the rental conditions. The request for extension of the rental period is received by telephone for the first extension and the fee is collected by mail order and approved. For subsequent extension requests, approval must be obtained by asking the necessary availability of the vehicle from happycarrental.com.tr call line.

- Time Difference

The rental period is 24 hours. For each hour of late delivery, an amount of 10% of the daily rental fee may be charged. Delays in the delivery of the vehicle without approval may lead to the deactivation of the Insurance Benefit Coverage (Full or Exempt Accident Insurance) and may cause an additional hourly difference fee.

Booking Conditions

The bookings you have made through our website are valid with the following conditions: In case of a request to change the conditions of the reservation you have made (changing the return date before or after, changing the return station, changing the vehicle group, adding an additional driver to the contract), the request cannot be met, and if it is met, an additional fee may be charged or a reduction in the rental price may not be possible. A rental contract will be signed during the rental. Even if you have made a reservation, happycarrental.com.tr may not deliver the vehicle when deemed necessary. You can call our call centre for detailed information. In periods of high reservation density, all or part of the car rental fee can be requested by one of the "mail order" or "transfer to account" methods during the reservation. For reservations with advance payment; In case of cancellation of the reservations made, 40 TL until at least 72 hours before the time the vehicle will be picked up, if the vehicle cannot be delivered due to cancellation or non-compliance with the rental conditions for periods less than 72 hours, one (1) day rental fee of the reserved vehicle will be charged. Cancellation notifications must be made in writing to: e-mail: [email protected] or call centre (+90 538 058 11 11). 
In case of a change in the rental day during the reservation and rental phase, the daily rental fee is calculated by increasing by 25%. Although it is not a common practice, the brand and model of the vehicle selected in your reservation can be replaced with an equivalent vehicle.  
Although all precautions have been taken to avoid any problems during your journeys, please call the contact phones that will be notified to you in case of a possible need.  
You will be called or receive a message from our reservation department after you make a final reservation. You can pay your payment by "mail order" or "transfer to account" from your credit card at the reservation stage or by credit card or in cash when collecting the vehicle. Even if cash payment is made, a pre-authorisation of 750 TL may be blocked from your credit card, depending on the vehicle group you rent. 
If you want the rental fee to be paid by your company by "payment against invoice" (Current Account) method, if you fill out the Current Account Agreement and send it to us, our accounting department will contact the relevant persons of your company on the subject.  
The bookings you have made on our website are valid only if you have read and accepted the "Conditions of Car Hire", "Price Conditions" and "Site Terms of Use".
